Governor Kay Ivey tweeted out that the state is BANNING the teaching of Critical Race Theory. They are sticking with teaching reading and writing.
First, the governor wouldn’t know what CRT actually is… nor do any legislators pretending to “ban” it. What they want is how things have been… which brings me to…
SECOND, the state of Alabama is consistently among the bottom tier in math and reading proficiency… so they are not even do THAT well!
I have said it before and I will say it again. “CRT” and “woke” are the new substitutes for the “N” word when it comes to this resurgence of white nationalism.
