10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. (Eph. 6:10-11)
The old joke goes something like this:
There are those who make things happen. There are those who see things happen. There are those who wonder what happened.
There are spiritual lessons to be learned in the time of coronavirus. In the last couple of days in prayer, the Spirit has been teaching me this is another time of testing and preparation. It is a time of testing to make sure the Church is ready. In the past two decades we’ve not been getting good “test scores.”
It is a time of warfare. We are to “suit up” and be prepared for what is next.
The enemy wants us down and distracted. The Spirit wants us suited up and ready to go.
Pray through Ephesians 6:10-20 on a regular basis. Be prepared.
Don’t be standing around wondering what happened.
