Thanks for the heads up. I had a friend who pointed out the same thing initially with Boyd: he never defines “violence.” I’ve found that interesting. I’ve read Wright’s book but haven’t ventured into Boyd’s work yet. I’ve taken in a lot from his interviews and lectures, but to wade through 2 volumes right now… I’m not able to give that amount of time. Plus, I got a lot out of Wright’s book. lol
