Worth the time to watch and listen/read

I just finished “Class of ’09” on Hulu. It’s a mash up of “Minority Report” meets “Person of Interest” meets “I, Robot.” It is supposed to be a limited series and I hope they keep it that way. It’s just right without having to add a second season.

I am also finishing The 6:20 Man by David Baldacci. I was fortunate to see Baldacci at a book signing recently and he talked about this book. He said he had been riding his bike and thinking about the story out at the time on “The Panama Papers,” a huge scheme designed to keep billions and trillions of dollars shifting around from country to country and shell corporation to shell corporation. The Panama Papers is a true event. Baldacci thought about that as he was riding his bike and thought, “What if I had billions of dollars? What would I do with that kind of money that no one could touch?”

It took him about 6 weeks to write the book after that.

And it’s a riveting take on dark money, control, greed, all of it.

For the conspiracy theorist in you, these are good shows/books to get into.
