The narrow door

The entrance to the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem is interesting. Everyone has to enter through a very small door. Once in, you come into this massive worship space.

I am reminded of the verse from Luke13:

Luke 13:23–24 (NIV)

²³ Someone asked him, “Lord, are only a few people going to be saved?” 

He said to them, ²⁴ “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to.”
