Paper or… digital?

A recent BibleGateway poll found that people still like taking a physical Bible to church. Overwhelmingly.

I haven’t found that percentage to be SO high in our church. There are a good number of people using their phones or tablets now. But we still have a majority using physical Bibles.

While I am getting more adapted to putting notes into a digital format Bible, I still love holding a physical Bible when I teach and preach.

What has been your experience?

  1. I usually use my phone when leading Sunday School because it has many translations even one with strongs numbers …. For devotions – a real Bible!

    1. I use digital to take notes. I’m still preferring paper when I preach.

      1. When preaching I have all my notes on a Kindle Paperwhite! Funerals and weddings too! ๐Ÿ™‚

      2. I have gone to using Evernote on Kindle for my messages. And I still hold a paper Bible… it’s my security blanket. lol
