Sayings I wish we would ban in Christianity… well, there are so many. But at the top currently is this one: “You are a world changer!” You are not. Jesus is the world changer. You serve him.

Music that moves me
There are those moments in my life when I am studying, or praying, or walking, or driving, whatever… and a song comes. The goodness of God overwhelms me. I love those moments. He reaches down and his faithfulness is new all over again.

First Sunday of Advent
Happy New Year! It is a new church year in a good percentage of churches around the world. A reminder that the Kingdom of God isn’t “in step” with this world’s calendar or agenda. It is good news just on that front for me!
