What I am hearing as I study and lean into prayer and waiting:

I continue to learn to wait. I am learning that waiting is not necessarily sitting in a chair and giving up 30 minutes for “nothing.” Waiting is active.

Keep pressing in. Prayer and waiting are active verbs. I do not stop asking. Ever. Not until God has definitively said “no.”

Learn to discern. There will be a time to speak up or act or both. Learn to hear the Spirit so you know when that needs to happen.
