When the Spirit Comes

The wind of the Spirit is powerful. What happens when you’re IN a hurricane wind is vital. Obviously, most of the time, the best idea is to avoid the hurricane wind.

N.T Wright describes it this way:

It’s important that someone somewhere is tracking the hurricane and telling us what it’s doing, but when it comes to Pentecost it’s far more important that you’re out there in the wind, letting it sweep through your life, your heart, your imagination, your powers of speech, and transform you from a listless or lifeless believers into someone whose hart is on fire with the love of God. — (Acts for Everyone, Pt. 1)

Love it brother! That Wright is so Pentecostally friendly it amazes me we don’t just extend him credentials. ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. All in favor say, “AYE!” Or, maybe use a private ballot so we don’t goof it up like the Dems. ๐Ÿ˜‰
