While I do believe in conversion of being born again and had a remarkable conversion experience; I also believe that we need to all people to grow into the kingdom… I feel as a pastor that I am to pastor people into being the people God is calling them to be and in this process, I believe God will complete the conversion experience.

Good thought. I guess we have to hang around people for a while. We need more patience. That’s one thing that will never cease to amaze me about God–His patience.
