There is a pilgrimage to which we are called as Christians. We are called on a journey into the heart and life of God. As believers, as apprentices, we need to hear this call of the Spirit and respond.
“Since ancient times no one has heard,
no ear has perceived,
no eye has seen any God besides you,
who acts on behalf of those who wait for him.”
(Isa. 64:4)
This is the Divine Conspiracy referred to by Willard. Will we be willing to WAIT FOR HIM. When we do, he will act.
